Poetry Rodeo with Ellyn Maybe + Her Band

Remember back a few months when April was considered National Poetry Month? Well, if you're aching for some spoken word action, we have a treat for you. Ellyn Maybe and her Band are back for a once a month residency at Beyond Baroque. She'll be performing all sorts of stuff from her poetry/music CD, Rodeo for the Sheepish as well as other works. Plus you can get in on the action! Bring up roughly 5 minutes worth of your own words and her Band will improvise along with you! In this town, 5 minutes of fame is TOTALLY worth $7, don't you think?
